I’m passionate about sovereignty and self-determination for all, and I’m a poster girl for AND/AND rather than EITHER/OR.
I believe in both science and spirit.
I study astrology and brain science, Law of Attraction and quantum physics.
I believe all our human emotions have value, not just the shiny-happy ones.
I believe you have waaaaaay more power than you imagine you do – and I know for damn sure that if you feel self-doubt or think you’re worthless, then you’ve been sold a lie.
I believe you are radiantly beautiful, no matter what your body looks like or feels like on any given day.
I believe to my bones that – regardless of circumstance, health, gender, race, physical ability, cultural background – you came here to experience the resonant joy of living your own path, making your own choices based on who you truly are, not based on someone else’s idea of what you ought to do or be.
I’m fussy about my sources of scientific research (show me the peer-reviewed research paper and I’m happy).
I’ve known deep grief, when my beloved father died in 2010; and I’ve known long-standing physical pain, from two career-changing injuries.
I know how to step back into joy, in the most self-nurturing ways.
And I know why joy matters.
It’s not because some old bearded dude in the sky is judging our joy levels, and then deciding whether to deliver our desires (even though some would have you believe LOA works that way).
It’s because the kind of deep joy I’m referring to is a signal that you’re resonating with who you truly are, vibrating with the unique and authentic YOU-ness which is not only a sustainable and potent source of your joy, but also the end result of following your joy.
And on the outside…
I live in a spacious townhouse, in a regional city in south-east Australian, with my hilariously funny and talented hubby.
I sing in two choirs – one classical, and one gospel and world music.
I love chocolate and liquorice and coffee and a good martini – though not all at once.
I saw the first ever episode of Dr Who go to air in 1963 and I’m still a devoted fan.
I love reading science fiction for its wild imaginings about the future and for asking “what if…?”
I write books on LOA and brain science, and I write short fiction and poetry for fun
I’m unabashedly devoted to social justice and progressive politics, a fair go for all, inclusivity and political correctness (which, for me, simply means treating everyone decently, on purpose, based on how they prefer to be treated).
And I believe that anything – ANYTHING – is possible.
I spent way too many years battling myself over depression, worthlessness, self-loathing and powerlessness.
I spent way too many years trapped in a life I did not love, never realising that I was the one who helped build the cage, and I was the one with the key to the door all along.
Coaching from extraordinary people helped me shine a spotlight on the cage, the key and the door, so that I was able to make my way out.
Astrology helped me understand myself. It brought my most secret, deeply-held yearnings out into the light of day, and explained the things I’d thought were wrong or broken or shameful about me. It gave me permission to be me.
As I learned to spend more time living in Resonant Joy than not, I became so radiant with it that the Universe could not turn away from me and joy became my default way of being.
And now, a part of that joy comes from helping others do the same. If you think that’s you, click here to find out more or contact me via the form below.
